What you will do

- Act on business sales and purchases
- Run commercial property transactions
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, with clear, precise advice
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners

What you will bring
- A current Queensland practising certificate
- 2+ years post-admission experience
- Solid commercial law experience
- Explicit, precise drafting of advice and contracts
- Strong client relationship skills
