About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HCM Data Migration Specialist to support HR and Payroll system migration, implementation and validation activities, ensuring data accuracy and payroll consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end HCM and Payroll data migration.
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, transformation and validation.
- Conduct payroll testing, reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Validate system configurations and payroll calculations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, technical teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain migration documentation and ensure data integrity and compliance.

Essential Skills

- Hands-on experience in HCM data migration and HR/Payroll systems.
- Robust knowledge of data mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Experience in payroll testing and parallel payroll validation.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors ECP, SAP HCM Payroll or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
