We’re looking for early‑career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‑year program designed to build strong foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan &

- Asia Pacific region.

- About The Role In this role, you will:

- Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
- Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
- Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‑based responses
- Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels




- Support translation activities (English ↔
- Japanese)
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
- Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
- Collaborate across teams and support ad‑hoc projects and client initiatives

- What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced consulting environment
