As Pharmacist Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes across the health service. Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

- Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Advanced clinical pharmacy experience with strong knowledge of contemporary medication management practices.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams while fostering a positive and cooperative culture.
- Highly developed communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field and/or experience leading service improvement, research or quality-use-of-medicines initiatives.
