Owed to rapid growth and development in the Artificial Intelligence space coupled with HD’s growth, we are in need of a committed, full time, permeant, qualified person to take on the role ICT project Manager to manage our ever expanding and niche growth projects. About the role We are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to join our Perth team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Based in our St Georges Terrace office, you will take responsibility of our technology and security projects from kick-off to handover: client platform builds, AWS environment work, and the projects that keep our ISO/IEC 27001 programme on track. You will run several projects at once, decide who works on what and when, keep budgets and timelines honest, and be the person our Directors, clients and auditors go to for a straight answer on where things stand.

This role suits someone who combines strong technical judgement with proven delivery and people skills. Key responsibilities Project planning and delivery: Build and own the plan for each project (scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks) and keep it current from initiation through to handover. Resourcing and prioritisation: Allocate squad capacity between recent builds,



maintenance and client support, set sprint priorities in Jira and Azure Dev

Ops, and coordinate hand-offs between our Perth team and our offshore squads. Requirements and solution shaping: Work with clients and Product Owners to define what a system needs to do, then shape the solution and architecture with our engineers and document the decisions. Operations priorities: Decide what gets built, fixed or kept running first when projects compete for the same people and platforms. Security in delivery: Keep vulnerability fixes tracked to closure, lead incident response when something goes wrong, run access reviews and sign off security before anything ships. Tooling and training: Select and roll out the engineering, security and AI tools the teams use, and train people on them. Policy and governance: Keep the ISO/IEC 27001 policies you own current and help shape how the company adopts AI safely. Commercial and reporting: Manage project budgets, suppliers and our AWS partner relationship, and report progress, cost and risk to the Directors and clients. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience managing ICT projects end to end, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget and resourcing. Proven delivery of security projects: vulnerability remediation, incident management, and cloud security controls on AWS (multi-account organisations, SCPs, IAM Identity Center) and on Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.



Experience operating an ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS or the ACSC Essential Eight through internal and certification audits. Experience leading engineering teams across time zones using Scrum or Kanban (Jira, Azure Dev

Ops). Ability to analyse business requirements, specify solutions and document architecture decisions. Strong stakeholder, written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing directors, clients and auditors. Australian work rights, or eligibility for employer sponsorship.
