We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality projects across the hospitality, fuel, and industrial sectors.

This role is suited to a driven professional with a strong background in commercial construction, particularly across fast-paced fit-out and recent build, childcare some Goverment sectiors. Experience in sectors such as quick service restaurants (e.g. McDonald’s, KFC and similarQSR brands),pubs and clubs, child care, government projects,service stations, andindustrialfacilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and to a high standard
- Maintain strict compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental requirements
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
- Drive programme, sequencing, and site productivity

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred)
