About Radiology SA

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of Clerical Site Senior for our Victoria Park. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills to lead the clerical team while supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract until June 2028, with potential opportunities for ongoing employment within the business.

The Opportunity

As the Clerical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations within the site. This includes supervising clerical staff, coordinating workflows, managing rosters, and supporting a collaborative and positive team environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who demonstrate strong organisational capabilities, are confident in performance management, and are committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day clerical operations, including rostering and training new staff

• Provide performance feedback and conduct staff appraisals

• Ensure full coverage of all shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

• Support promotional activities in collaboration with marketing

• Monitor key performance areas such as patient care and pay-on-day targets

• Ensure effective workflow and high standards in reception, bookings, and patient communication

About You:





• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development and morale

• Extensive knowledge of Best Practice policies and Visage (RIS & Bookings)

• High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service skills

• Confidently managing both new and experienced staff

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Willingness to travel between departments and attend out-of-hours meetings when required
