HammondCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent part time role in Scone. You will be a key member of the residential team, advising and supporting care staff, educating on clinical processes, and contributing to case management with clinical oversight.

The role requires AHPRA registration with 2–3 years in aged care, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a passion for dementia care with strong admin and computer skills.
