Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Change Manager for the Digital Program (OneCouncil) to lead the change management stream of the Council’s digital transformation, shifting from legacy systems to a up-to-date enterprise SaaS.

The role develops change, communications and training strategies using Prosci and ADKAR, partnering with executives, sponsors and project teams to drive readiness, adoption and sustained business outcomes across all modules.
