Since opening in 2024 we have built an expanding client base spanning owner-led mid-market businesses through to corporates with enterprise values in the billions, across building and construction, energy and utilities, infrastructure, health and human services, mining, and mining services.

We are currently delivering several significant mandates and deal flow is continuing to increase. We are scaling the firm to meet this expanded opportunity.

About the role You will form part of a team that is ambitious, energetic and dynamic. As a boutique firm we have the flexibility to respond to client requests in innovative ways and with speed. Our culture is focused on client relationships and delivering excellence, which will be key to your role.

You will report to and work directly with our partners on origination and execution of M&A;, capital raising and advisory mandates. From financial modelling and valuation through to client communication and deal execution, you will have a genuine seat at the table.

In this role, you'll research, build and refine financial analysis. You'll be responsible for presentations and marketing materials for clients and prospective clients, in consultation with other team members.

You’ll contribute to the infrastructure and culture of a growing firm.





About you This role is equivalent in seniority to an Associate Director or Vice President position at an investment bank or corporate advisory practice and you'll either be in such a role already or be ready to step up into it. As such, it's expected you'll have 5–10 years' experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or a related transaction-heavy environment.

You will have a track record of delivering complex work, comfort engaging directly with clients and a genuinely entrepreneurial mindset. You should be motivated to help build something, not just execute within an existing structure.

Key attributes you'll display will include:

Strong technical and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to build and interpret financial models;

Robust understanding of the corporate finance and accounting principles that support financial analysis in corporate advisory (particularly valuations);

Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a client-focused environment;

Independence, initiative and strong team skills;

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to work to tight deadlines;

Strong appreciation of global capital markets and M&A; activities; and

High standards of professional and ethical conduct with an understanding of the legal and regulatory context of the transactional and advisory environment.
