About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Wynyard, Tasmania site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse operations and is a key member of the Site Leadership Team. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the effective management of inventory, warehousing activities, inbound and outbound logistics, export scheduling, forklift fleet management and people leadership.

Working closely with production, procurement and supply chain teams, you will help drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, compliance and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the warehouse operations and team performance.

• Manage inventory, logistics, and SAP transactions.

• Ensure timely supply of materials to support production.

• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement within the Warehouse team.

• Maintain forklift fleet, warehouse standards and compliance site wide.

• Champion health, safety, quality and sustainability across the site.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on leader with strong warehouse operations experience and a passion for developing people, improving processes and delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will ideally have:

• Previous leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment





• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management and supply chain operations

• Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP

• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

• A commitment to workplace safety, quality and continuous improvement

• Strong computer literacy and reporting skills

Desirable qualifications and experience include:

• Current Forklift Licence or the ability to obtain one

• Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualifications

• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments

• Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS) or Continuous Improvement methodologies

• Previous experience in change management and people development

• Knowledge of warehouse-related health and safety, quality and environmental requirements
