Storm Ridge Estate is a boutique winery located in the heart of the beautiful Yarra Valley. We offer premium wines, dining experiences, private functions, weddings and special events in a stunning vineyard setting.

We are currently seeking a passionate, reliable and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for our cellar door dining service, private functions and special events.
- Develop and improve seasonal menus featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food inventory, manage stock ordering and minimise food waste.
- Ensure compliance with Australian food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the management and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Assist with catering arrangements for weddings, private functions and winery events.

About You

- Previous experience working as a Chef in a restaurant,



winery or hospitality environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- A valid Australian working visa or full working rights.
