Experienced Chef

Permanent Full-Time | Huskisson, NSW

Peter & Eva Italian Restaurant is looking for an experienced, reliable and highly organised chef to join our growing team in a permanent full-time position.

For us, performance matters more than job titles. We are looking for someone who is genuinely strong on the pass: fast, calm under pressure, consistent and able to take responsibility during busy, high-volume services.

Every new team member needs time to learn our menu and systems, but the successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal ongoing supervision after the initial induction.

What we are looking for:

- Strong experience working on or running a busy pass
- Speed, organisation and attention to detail
- Consistent presentation and quality
- Excellent communication during service
- Reliability, punctuality and a responsible attitude
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Good food-safety and cleanliness standards
- Experience with ordering and stock control





As our business expands into a new production kitchen and deli-café facility in Huskisson, this is a genuine ongoing position with opportunities to work across both operations.
