Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1997. We use local produce and sustainable practices to craft authentic sourdough and pastries.

Since then, we’ve grown to become one of Sydney’s top wholesale bakeries, proudly serving over 300 cafés and restaurants. Job Opportunity: Bakery Cleaner

Bakery Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our busy production bakery.

This is a hands-on role responsible for helping keep our bakery, pastry and production areas clean, organised and running smoothly. We have shifts available across the week and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Hours

- Shifts available across the week
- 8:00am start
- Finish approximately 4:30pm
- Some flexibility around times is available

About the role

Your duties will include:

- Cleaning bakery and production areas
- Washing dishes, trays,



utensils and production equipment
- Cleaning floors, benches and work surfaces
- Emptying bins and general waste removal
- Maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards throughout the facility
- Keeping cleaning areas and equipment organised
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks as required

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and punctual
- Has a strong work ethic
- Is comfortable with a physically active role
- Can work independently and manage their time well
- Has good attention to detail
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean workplace
- Is happy to work as part of a busy production team

Previous commercial cleaning, kitchen, bakery or food production experience would be an advantage, but is not essential for the right person.
