We are currently seeking an experienced Watercart Operator / MR Driver to join a construction and civil works team in Yennora, NSW. This role is suited to a reliable operator with experience driving MR-class vehicles and operating water carts on construction, civil, earthworks, or infrastructure sites.

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating the watercart, transporting and distributing water around the worksite, and assisting with general site duties when required.

Requirements

- Valid MR Driver Licence
- Previous experience operating a watercart
- Experience working on construction, civil, earthworks, or infrastructure sites
- Valid White Card
- Good understanding of plant and vehicle safety procedures
- Safe and responsible driving record
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow site instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Reliable transport to Yennora
- Available to start ASAP

Duties Include

- Safely operating an MR watercart
- Distributing water across construction and civil worksites
- Controlling dust and maintaining suitable site conditions
- Watering roads, stockpiles, work areas, and access routes
- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment pre-start checks
- Monitoring water levels and reporting equipment issues




- Operating the vehicle safely around workers, plant, and machinery
- Assisting with general civil and construction site duties when required
- Maintaining the watercart in a clean and safe operating condition
- Following site traffic management plans and WHS requirements
- Completing additional tasks as directed by the site supervisor
