We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged or Disabled Carers to provide high-quality care and support to elderly and disabled clients, assisting them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. LOOKING FOR 6 FULL-TIME POSITIONS.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting aged and disabled individuals in their daily routines.
Assisting clients with mobility and protected movement.
Preparing meals according to clients' dietary requirements.
Organising and facilitating social and recreational activities.
Performing household duties such as vacuuming, cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping.
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Providing companionship, friendship, emotional support, and social interaction.
Assisting with shopping and running errands as required.
May reside with a client to provide ongoing support and care where required.
Requirements
AQF Certificate II or III or equivalent qualification relevant to aged care, disability support, or community services.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or on-the-job training.
Compassionate and client-focused approach to care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality support services to clients.
