We’re looking for skilled Male Support Workers to assist participants in Coolaroo VIC and Melbourne VIC. As a Support Worker at Serenity, you will provide person-centred, high-intensity support to clients in their own homes and the community. Your role will be essential in assisting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access while upholding safety, respect, and independence.

Ideal Candidates:

- Demonstrated experience working with high-intensity or complex care clients
- Experience working with people with a psychosocial disability (ID, ASD, BPD, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, depression).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to travel in Coolaroo and surrounding suburbs
