Clean Vibes keeps events, venues, councils and public spaces across Australia clean, with sustainability at the heart of how we do it. We support a wide variety of industries, from arts and culture and sport to music festivals and community days. We also operate two Return and Earn depots for the Container Deposit Scheme in NSW.

We're looking for a content creator/marketing assistant for a casual role, 2 days a week with flexible days. This entry-level role suits someone studying or recently graduated in marketing or a related field, or anyone with a strong grasp of content creation. You'll work alongside our Marketing Manager at our Silverwater office, but must also be able to work independently. There will be opportunities to travel to events on weekends and/or at night, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at some of Australia's biggest festivals and events while you build a real portfolio. If you're creative, adaptable and not afraid to get your hands dirty (literally!), we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, plan, edit and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, eDMs and blogs
- Shoot short-form videos for reels and Instagram stories




- Work with our events and marketing team to develop content ideas and maintain regular posting schedule
- Prospect to travel to different events and festivals (occasionally weekends and nights)
- Turn client experiences into compelling stories
- Track and report on content performance
- Handling ad hoc marketing tasks to keep things running smoothly

Who we are looking for:

- Knowledge of Capcut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple tasks
- Passionate about sustainability and live events
- Driver's licence essential, access to a car preferred

This is a hand-on role for someone who’ll take ownership of creative ideas, happily jump in front of a camera and brings a “can-do” attitude.
