Community Care Links Services is looking for a reliable, caring and experienced female Support Worker to support a female NDIS participant in Pimpama.

This is an 8-hour shift with the opportunity for additional hours with another participant in Southport.

This opportunity may suit someone who lives north of the Gold Coast, particularly around Pimpama, Coomera, Ormeau or surrounding areas, and would like to build up more regular hours.

About the role

You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, including:

- Personal care and self-care support where required
- Support in the participant's home
- Social and community participation
- Transport to appointments, outings and activities
- Assistance with daily living and household tasks
- Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals
- Completing progress notes and maintaining positive records

Female Support Worker Required

We are specifically seeking a female Support Worker for the Pimpama participant.

The right person will be caring, patient, reliable and comfortable providing personal care where required. You should be confident working independently and committed to providing respectful and person-centred support.

Experience supporting people with complex needs is highly desirable.

Requirements

- Own ABN, as this is a contractor/subcontractor position
- Current Public Liability and appropriate insurance cover




- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card where required
- Completion of required NDIS training/modules
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Relevant disability support experience
