- Hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transportation.

- Have a minimum availability of three weekdays (Monday to Friday).

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing mobility support and helping clients with exercises
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and wellbeing
- Assisting with medication management
- Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding
- Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Educational Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- National Police Clearance not older than 6 months (or willingness to obtain)
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check. (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holiday
- Covid-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- Current Manual Handling certificate
