Sales & Client Relations Coordinator

Full-Time / Part-Time | Base Salary + Super + Uncapped Commission

HNT Facility Services is looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Client Relations Coordinator to grow our business while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and principal contractors.

What You'll Do

- Look after existing direct clients and principal contractor relationships
- Find and approach new businesses
- Door knock, cold call, email and visit potential clients
- Generate leads and arrange site inspections
- Follow up quotes and sales opportunities
- Win new recurring commercial cleaning contracts
- Find periodical cleaning opportunities including pressure washing, window cleaning, strip & seal, deep cleaning and carpet cleaning
- Identify additional work from existing clients

About You

- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers




- Comfortable with door knocking and cold calling
- Sales-driven and motivated by commission
- Professional, organised and a robust communicator
- Self-motivated and persistent with follow-ups
- Current Australian driver's licence

Experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial cleaning, facilities management or property services is highly regarded.

What We Offer

Full-Time: $58,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
Part-Time: Pro-rata salary + Super + Uncapped Commission
