About the role Lead the floor during service, keep sections moving and set the standard for warm, generous Lebanese hospitality.
What you will do
- Supervise service, run sections and manage table flow
- Lead pre-shift briefings on menu, specials and bookings
- Train and coach waitstaff, hosts and cafe crew
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues on the spot
- Support opens, closes and cash-up
What you bring
- 2+ years in full-service dining, with supervisor experience
- Robust menu knowledge and upselling skills
- Evening and weekend availability
- Full working rights in Australia
- Arabic speaking an advantage, not essential
