WE'RE HIRING — RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mr Jones & Me in Noosaville.

Working alongside our Restaurant Management , you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, helping to lead the team and ensure each service runs smoothly.

The role will include:

- Assisting management with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Leading and supporting the team during service
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Helping with staff organisation and ensuring service standards are maintained
- Providing excellent food & beverage service and customer care
- Helping ensure the restaurant is clean, organised and ready for service
- Taking initiative and helping solve any issues that arise during service
- Approximately 30 hours a week with potential for more as we move into our busy summer season.

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has previous restaurant supervisory experience
- Is confident leading a team during busy service
- Has solid food & beverage knowledge
- Is organised, reliable and takes initiative
- Leads by example and enjoys being part of a team
- Takes pride in delivering great food and genuine hospitality

Pay: $34.96 – $41.96 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
