Following our Sydney expansion, Synchro Sales is continuing to grow right here at our Sunshine Coast HQ.

You’ll represent leading Australian organisations as a direct sales agent across locations throughout the Sunshine Coast, with opportunities to travel across the country, all while working alongside an energetic team that rewards performance and progression.

Career & Earning Progression

- Sales Representative → $70K–$100K
- Sales Leader → $80K–$120K
- Junior Trainer → $100K–$150K
- Senior Team Leader → $120K–$180K
- Team Leader → $150K+
- Executive Manager → $250K+
- Partner → Unlimited potential

The Essentials

Earnings: Up to $120K OTE potential for Sales Representatives
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend opportunities available
Requirements: Full Australian working rights, valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle
