Roaming Caviar Server – Events & Content
Casual | Sydney | Start 13th Oct
About us
House of Purulia is a fully operating caviar wholesale business, importing premium German caviar and supplying fine dining venues across Australia. We're now opening an events side to the business, starting with a roaming caviar service: servers wearing caviar belts, moving through events and serving guests directly.
We're a start-up run by two easy-going 23-year-olds from Sydney. We're keen to work with someone who's keen to work with us.
The role
You'll serve caviar at private and corporate events, weddings, launches and parties while wearing our custom service belt and uniform. It's guest-facing, polished and a bit of a show.
Before events kick off, we'll shoot two half days of editorial content with you in uniform and belt for our Instagram and website. No talking or acting required, just photos and video. These days are paid.
What to expect
Work is event-driven, so it'll be up and down. Some weeks there won't be anything, others will be busy.
We expect it to ramp up heading into summer. We're hiring two people to start and will grow the team as bookings come in.
You'll suit this if you
Have hospitality or events experience (fine dining or premium service a bonus). Are confident and comfortable chatting with guests. Are comfortable appearing in photos and video for our socials. Present well and take pride in looking sharp. Are reliable and flexible with weekend and evening work. Have full working rights in Australia.
Pay
$60 per hour, casual. Shoot days paid at $50 with lunch and transport around on the day provided for.
