Full-Time | 5-Day Roster | Doonside | $65,000 + Super

Starlight Bakery is an established Filipino bakery serving Sydney since 2000. Known for our pandesal, Spanish bread, ensaymada and Filipino favourites, we’re looking for an experienced Sales / Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable and confident with customers who can help deliver the warm and efficient service Starlight Bakery is known for.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Serving customers and processing sales
- Taking and preparing customer orders
- Packing bakery products and maintaining displays
- Restocking products and monitoring availability
- Keeping the front of house clean, organised and well presented
- Assisting with general day-to-day bakery operations
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service, particularly during busy periods

About you

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has at least 2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service
- Is confident speaking with customers and working in a busy environment
- Is reliable, organised and works well as part of a team
- Can work 5 days per week
- Is available to work at least one weekend day
- Has previous retail or sales experience
- Has Tagalog language skills, which would be an advantage but are not essential

Pay

Starting salary: $65,000 + super
