Allegiance Heart & Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Female Physiotherapist to join our growing community aged care team.

We support older Australians to remain safe, independent and confident in their own homes through the Support at Home program. We are looking for a Physiotherapist who enjoys working independently in the community and delivering practical, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference.

About the Role

You will provide physiotherapy services to older people in their homes, with a focus on maintaining mobility, independence, safety and quality of life.

Your work may include:

- Comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Mobility, balance and gait assessments
- Falls prevention strategies
- Strength, mobility and exercise programs
- Pain management and functional rehabilitation
- Post-hospital and post-operative rehabilitation
- Assessment of mobility aids and equipment needs
- Education for clients, families and support workers
- Monitoring and reviewing client progress
- Working collaboratively with Care Partners, GPs, OTs and other health professionals
- Preparing clear clinical reports and progress notes

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable and genuinely enjoys supporting older people.

You will have:

- Bachelor or Masters qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Check




- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
- 3+ years Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, falls prevention or community physiotherapy is highly regarded
