Own the day-to-day health of client estates: triaging issues, maintaining the asset inventory, and making sure nothing drifts out of view.Responsibilities- Monitor endpoint, network and cloud alerts, and triage against defined severity levels- Maintain accurate, live asset and configuration records across managed environments- Investigate and resolve escalations from the helpdesk that require deeper technical analysis- Support Microsoft 365 tenant administration, user provisioning and access reviews- Document root causes and feed recurring issues into the change and risk registersWhat we're looking for- 2+ years in an IT operations, support or systems administration role- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking fundamentals- Comfortable reading logs and dashboards to find the actual cause, not just the symptom- Transparent written communication for handover notes and client-facing updates#J-18808-Ljbffr
