picnics and other wellbeing initiatives- Improve yourwellbeingwith our CMV Care platform including access to income and health insurance programs as well asfree monthly onsiteMyotherapy treatmentsYour day will include- Greet and assist customers in person or by phone and determine the customer’s needs and vehicle data- Plan and coordinate the schedule of service maintenance in line with workshop capacity.- Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries resolving any issues promptly.- Prepare customised maintenance schedules to suit varying applications of customers.- Present contract options to customers at point of vehicle sale and actively pursue recent accounts- Communicate repairs with customers, working closely with the workshop team and upselling additional works when possible.- Ensure Customer Service matters are dealt with promptly and efficientlyYou will have- Trade qualifications and or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience- Previous automotive experience, preferred- An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders- Great customer focus and communication skills- Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
