Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a customer-focused Consumer Support Officer to join a busy and supportive team on a five-month temporary assignment, commencing as soon as possible. NnYou’ll be the first point of contact for consumer and retailer enquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally. This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, has solid attention to detail and can remain calm and positive when handling challenging customer situations. NnKey Responsibilities Nn Manage inbound and outbound consumer and retailer enquiries across a range of products and services N Investigate and resolvecustomer issues, aiming to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible N Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism, sound judgement and empathy N Record customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date system records N Provide clear, accurateand timely responses to enquiries N Work collaboratively with internal teams and external business partners to resolve issues N Identify recurring customer concerns and report trends to management N Contribute ideas to improve processes,



systems and the overall customer experience NAbout You Nn Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or consumer support N Strong written communication skills, with excellent spelling, grammar and attention to detail N Confident using computer systems, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel N A patient, solutions-focused approach to customer enquiries and complaints N Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities N A team player who communicates well and adapts to changing processes and priorities N An interest in consumertechnology and troubleshooting would be advantageous NWhat's on Offer?
