N n This role is ideal for someone who is well-organized, professional, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy dealership environment. You will play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams while delivering a welcoming front-of-house experience. We are specifically seeking an engaging, energetic, and personable individual who can enhance the showroom presence and set a positive tone for the dealership. N n N About the role N n As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our dealership. You’ll be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience while providing administrative support to the wider team. This role suits someone who is organized, friendly, and confident in a fast-paced environment.



N n N Key responsibilities N n N Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. N Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. N Manage general customerenquiries and direct them to the appropriate department. N Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area. N Provide administrative support to the service, sales, and parts teams as required. N Process basic paperworkand data entry. N Assist with appointmentscheduling and customer follow-ups. N Support day-to-day dealership operations as needed N n n N About you N n You’ll bring: N n n A friendly, skilled, and customer-focused attitude. N Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
