NnKey responsibilities include: Nnnn Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teams N Drive clinical excellence, quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care Standards N Oversee care planning, medication management,



clinical documentation and risk management N Monitor Direct Care Minutes, clinical performance and workforce requirements N Support AN-ACC assessments and funding optimisation N Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture N Work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive care outcomes NAbout You We are seeking a confident, hands-on clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care and developing high-performing teams. NnTo be successful, you will have: Nnn Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse N Proven clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged Care N Strong knowledge of thestrengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements N Experience in clinical governance, accreditation, audits and quality improvement N Sound understanding of AN-ACC, Direct Care Minutes and workforce planning N Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills N Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain NDesirable: Postgraduate qualifications, IPC Lead certification or budget management experience.
