N n Reporting to the Dual-Site Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, leading the business with confidence, commercial focus, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with autonomy, where you’ll drive performance, lead your team, and deliver a polished, premium client experience. N n This role is ideal for a leader with strong apparel experience and a passion for styling, fit, and elevated service within a premium retail environment. N n Permanent full time | Tuesday -Saturday roster N n What You’ll Do N n Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors N Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment N Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance N Execute elevated,
