Nnn nnAbout the Role Nnn As the Technology Change Manager, you will plan, coordinate and control technology-related changes, helping ensure approved changes are implemented with minimal risk and disruption to business operations. Nnn This role combines IT service management, change governance, stakeholder coordination and implementation oversight across infrastructure, cloud and application environments. Nnn nnKey Responsibilities Nnnn Lead change governance activities. N Manage change planning and assessments. N Oversee the change request management process. N Coordinate stakeholdersand vendors. N Support risk and compliance management. N Oversee technology change implementation. N Contribute to incident,problem and post-implementation reviews. N Provide change reporting and metrics. Required Skills & Experience N nnn We'relooking for candidates with solid experience across: Nnnn IT Service Management (ITSM)



N Change and Release Management N Risk Management N Experience working within the Banking sector N Stakeholder Management N CAB facilitation N Infrastructure,cloud and application delivery N Strong communication and governance N Jira and ServiceNow N nnITIL Foundation is preferred.
