You will work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams and act as a key point of contact for the business. Nn Managing incomingcustomer calls and enquiries N Entering and processingcustomer orders N Using Warehouse Management Systems to manage orders N Providing product information and support N Resolving customer issues in a professional manner N Coordinating and booking outbound deliveries N Making outbound productpromotional calls N Supporting the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams N Processing credit card payments and credit applications N Maintaining customer records and master files N Managing special pricing forms,
