NAbout the role NThe Customer Service Representative position is a 12-month fixed-term contract role, focusing on order processing and customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while working two days from home each week. NKey responsibilities NProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently. NRespond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. NMaintain effective communication with customers and internal teams. NEnsure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
