Our stores are fast-paced, high-volume, and keep you on your toes. We need a hands-on leader who knows how to drive sales, lead a busy team from the front, keep standards razor-sharp, and manage all day-to-day retail operations without needing a rulebook every five minutes. N n What you’ll be doing N n Taking full ownership of store performance, hitting sales targets, and driving commercial results on the floor N Leading, coaching, and motivating your team by working shoulder-to-shoulder with them during peak trading times N Managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and high-impact seasonal changeovers N Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, wage control, stock control, and security procedures N Ensuring rapid, high-volume customer service that keeps queues moving while making every shopper feel valued N Maintaining a safe, clean,
