Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time. N n n As the frontline of our business, you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full. N n n n n Duties N n n Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email N Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided) N Building solid relationships with customers and suppliers N Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great N Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly N n Skills & Experience N n n n You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people N n n n nExperience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role N A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions N Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office N Positive, energetic, and team-oriented N Organised, proactive, and eager to learn N Looking for a role that’s fast-paced, social,
