N n As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations, driving performance, and delivering a strong in-store experience. You’ll play a key role in team leadership and step up into higher responsibilities when required. N What You Will BeDoing N n Driving the teamto achieve sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets in line with GP expectations N Delivering an exceptional customer experience, resolving issues with empathy and care N Supporting rostering toensure the right coverage while staying within the store wage budget N Leading store walkthroughs and VM execution to keep product placement commercial and on-brand N Stepping up in the Store Manager’s absence, including payroll, timecards and full store operations N Coaching and developingthe team,
