Job Description N Join a well-established and supportive general practice in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. N n We are seeking a caring and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly clinical team and contribute to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. N n This is a casual or part-time opportunity, reporting to the Practice Manager. N n Enrolled Nurses withgeneral practice experience will also be considered. N n Responsibilities: N n Deliver high-quality clinical nursing services to patients. N Assist doctors with consultations, treatments, and procedures. N Administer medications,vaccinations, and wound care as required. N Provide health education and advice to patients on a range of health issues. N Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records. N Lead and mentor nursingstaff to support professional growth and consistent care delivery. N Contribute to the development and review of nursing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. N Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.



N Participate in practiceaccreditation and other complaince. N n n Skills and Experience N n Strong clinical skills – some experience in General Practice is desirable. N Ability to work independently. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with a compassionate and skilled approach. N Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. N Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. N Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems. N Recalls and Reminder management using software systems. N Working knowledge of Best Practice software. N n n Qualifications and Requirements N n Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. N Current registration asa Registered Nurse with AHPRA. N Experience working as a registered nurse in a GP setting for two years or more is desirable. N n
