N About the role: N n Lead andinspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across all L’Oréal Luxe fragrance brands N Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standards N Build and maintain a loyal client base, using strong clienteling and follow-up strategies N Coach, develop,and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance support N Manage daily counter operations, including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising N Ensure the counter reflects the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe brands through impeccable presentation and hygiene standards N Collaborate with store and brand teams to execute in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns N Oversee stock management to ensure optimal availability of key launches and core products N Champion brand education and innovation, keeping the team informed and inspired by recent launches and fragrance storytelling N n Benefit to you:
