About the role

- Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across all L’Oréal Luxe fragrance brands /n
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standards /n
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, using strong clienteling and follow-up strategies /n
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance support /n
- Manage daily counter operations, including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising /n
- Ensure the counter reflects the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe brands through impeccable presentation and hygiene standards /n
- Collaborate with store and brand teams to execute in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns /n




- Oversee stock management to ensure optimal availability of key launches and core products /n
