Job Description
/n Receptionist – Nations Church Myaree /n Full-time – 12 month fixed-term parental leave appointment, with the possibility of extension. /n /n /n The position /n We are looking for a skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our Operations team at the Myaree campus. /n /n This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and managing general reception duties for the campus and the wider Nations Church team. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n The successful candidate will be responsible for: /n /n
- Greeting visitors in a timely, professional and welcoming manner /n
- Responding to incoming calls, emails and general enquiries /n
- Coordinating room bookings and associated facility requirements /n
- Providing inter-departmental administrative support as required /n
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies /n
- Processing daily mail and receiving deliveries /n
- Managing information and records accurately and efficiently /n




- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of staff facilities and associated areas /n /n /n This role is located at our Nations Myaree Campus and the successful candidate will be required to make Nations Church their home church. /n /n What are we looking for? /n /n MUST-HAVES /n The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
