About the role

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets /n
- Drive business performance through strategic planning, team coaching, and daily goal setting /n
- Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations aligned with Clinique’s dermatologist-developed philosophy /n
- Build solid client relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling /n
- Ensure the counter is visually merchandised, fully stocked, and maintained to Clinique brand standards /n
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes with accuracy /n
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service excellence /n
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and contribute to business reviews /n
- Collaborate with store management and Clinique field teams to implement promotional strategies and brand initiatives /n
