Description/n /n White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide. /n Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere. /n We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team. /n This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role supporting the day-to-day operations of our HQ, including stock coordination, showroom assistance and general office support. /n

Key Responsibilities

- General office support across the business /n
- Processing stock in and out for the Creative, Socials and PR teams /n
- Helping the showroom with stock and general support /n
- Coordinating deliveries between the warehouse and HQ /n
- Keeping stock organised and records accurate /n




- Working with multiple teams and pitching in where needed /n /n /n Requirements/n /n /n
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn /n
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet /n
- Great attention to detail /n
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork /n
- Flexibility with hours and the ability to work to deadlines /n
- Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry /n
