Dial Up Plumbing is looking for an experienced Field Operations Coordinator to help manage our daily operations, support our technicians and keep our growing business running efficiently.

This is a predominantly office-based position where you can put your plumbing knowledge to work without the physical demands of being on the tools every day.

About You – What We're Looking For

We're looking for an organised, motivated plumbing professional with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to support and coordinate a team.

- Minimum 5 years' hands-on residential maintenance plumbing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supervising, coordinating or mentoring plumbers and apprentices.
- Confidence with quoting, customer service and sales support.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Plumbing trade qualification,



current driver's licence and positive computer skills.

Experience with ServiceM8 and previous plumbing leadership or business ownership will be highly regarded.

Residential maintenance plumbing experience is essential. This is not an entry-level position.

About the Role – Key Responsibilities

Based at our Kingsgrove office, you'll work closely with our plumbers, office staff and management team to coordinate daily operations.

- Coordinate daily job scheduling, dispatch and technician workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to plumbers and apprentices.
- Assist with quotations, estimates, customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate job preparation, materials, equipment and stock requirements.
- Maintain effective communication between customers, technicians and office staff.
- Support team performance, operational improvements and business growth.
