We're looking for a proactive, experienced and highly organised Bookkeeper / Account Manager who can confidently manage their client portfolio, deliver exceptional work and provide outstanding client service.

100% Remote | Part-Time | 15–30 Hours Per Week

The Role

- End-to-end bookkeeping and reconciliations

- Payroll, BAS, IAS and compliance

- Managing multiple client portfolios and deadlines

- Building strong, proactive client relationships

- Working with Xero, MYOB and cloud-based systems

- Taking ownership and delivering work to a high standard

What We're Looking For

- Qualified – Minimum Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping

- Experienced – Ideally 2+ years in a similar role, with multi-client bookkeeping or accounting practice experience essential

- Tech-savvy – Confident using Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Excel





- Self-sufficient – Able to manage your workload independently and take full accountability

- Solutions-focused – You take initiative, solve problems and follow things through

- Detail-driven – Accuracy, reliability and exceptional quality matter to you

- People-focused – You understand that great bookkeeping is as much about client relationships as it is about numbers

- Growth-minded – Eager to learn, contribute and grow with the business
