Transport for NSW is seeking a Specialist Aboriginal Participation (Zero Emission Bus) on a 24‑month fixed term to drive Aboriginal participation across the Bus mode in Parramatta, NSW. You will identify opportunities early in planning, support procurement and project delivery, and ensure contractors meet participation requirements.

You will monitor KPIs, manage risks, and provide timely advice to keep projects on track, aligning delivery with plans, budgets and policy objectives.
