Club Manager - Maternity Leave Cover Anytime Forest Hill | Fixed-Term Contract

Are you passionate about fitness, people and creating a outstanding gym community? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Club Manager to join the team at Anytime Fitness Forest Hill on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the club running smoothly, supporting the team and creating an environment where members feel welcomed, supported and motivated to reach their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club.
- Delivering an outstanding member experience and building strong relationships with members.
- Driving membership sales, lead generation and retention.
- Following up with prospective members, conducting club tours and converting enquiries into memberships.
- Managing member enquiries, feedback and general administration.
- Supporting, motivating and leading the club team.
- Coordinating club promotions, marketing initiatives and member engagement activities.




- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
- Monitoring club performance and working towards membership and business targets.

About You

- Has strong communication and people skills.
- Is confident in sales, customer service and building relationships.
- Has excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Can take initiative, solve problems and work independently.
- Is motivated by targets and achieving results.
- Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive club culture.
- Has a genuine interest in fitness, health and wellbeing.
- Previous experience in gym management, fitness sales or a similar leadership role would be highly regarded.
