AC by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Support Expert Supervisor to lead stewarding across our kitchens and F&B; outlets. You will supervise daily stewarding activities, coordinate operations, and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are upheld.
You’ll work with culinary and F&B; leaders to support smooth hotel operations, training and developing Kitchen Support Experts, and managing inventory and equipment turnover. This role is part time and on-site at the Gold Coast property.
